Your child’s privacy is a top priority.
All images are delivered through secure, professional platforms (PhotoDay and ShootProof) with password or access-code–protected galleries. Only families with the correct link or code can view photos.
Images are never publicly shared without permission. If you have any privacy requests, we’re happy to accommodate them.

Thank you for supporting school photography. It’s a pleasure to capture these moments for your family.

You will receive an email with a secure gallery link and password once photos are ready. Simply click the link, enter the password, and you’ll be able to view and order your child’s images online.

Each gallery is open for a limited time, which will be clearly listed in the gallery email. Please be sure to place your order before the deadline, as galleries automatically close after that date.

All orders are placed directly through the online gallery:

Complete checkout securely online
Orders are processed and fulfilled after checkout—no paperwork required.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through the gallery system.

Digital images: Delivered via email after purchase
Printed products: Shipped directly to the address you provide during checkout
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product selection. You’ll receive shipping updates once your order is fulfilled.

Yes! You can order prints, digital images, or a combination of both directly from the gallery.

If you miss the gallery deadline, please contact me as soon as possible. While galleries typically close on schedule, I will do my best to assist when possible.

School portraits are lightly edited for consistency and quality. Custom retouching requests are not typically available for school sessions.

Who Can Request a Retake
Retakes are available if:
Your child was absent on picture day
You are not satisfied with your child’s original images
How Retakes Work
A scheduled retake day will be provided by your school (if available)
If your school does not have a retake day, contact the studio we offer a retake day at our studio.
What to Expect
Retakes are photographed in the same style and setup as the original picture day
Your child will receive a new gallery to choose from
Original images will be replaced once a retake is completed
