All the details you need for your child’s upcoming picture day.
You will be asked to enter your email or access code to view your gallery. This access code will be emailed or texted to you.

Class Photo (Spring)

Class photos will be taken on picture day and will be available to view and order in your child’s online gallery.
Graduation Cap and Gown (Spring)

Green caps and gowns will be provided by the school. For best results, please wear a solid or light-colored shirt underneath.
Sibling Photos (Fall )

Sibling photos are available in the fall for siblings attending the same school on picture day.
Retakes are available if:
Your child was absent on picture day
You are not satisfied with your child’s original imagesYou can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
Spring Background/backdrop 2026
Galleries will be available within 2–3 weeks after your child’s portrait day.
You will receive an email your child’s private access code from the school.

PORTRAIT DAY CHECKLIST
Dress your child in a clean, wrinkle-free outfit (solids photograph best)
Avoid large logos, graphics, and neon colors
Style hair before arriving at school
Send any special instructions with your child
Submit sibling photo requests in advance (if applicable)
Watch for your child’s gallery access code after picture day

SIBLING PORTRAITS
Sibling photos are offered in the fall if both children attend the same school on picture day.
If your school is offering sibling photos, details will be listed on your individual school page.

ORDERING YOUR PHOTOS
After picture day, you will receive an email with a link to your child’s private gallery.
From your gallery, you can:
Choose your favorite images
Select packages and products
Place your order online
Please be sure to order before the deadline provided in your gallery email.
PHOTO PRIVACY
Your child’s images are delivered through secure, private galleries. Only those with access to your gallery link will be able to view or order your photos.
