Frequently Asked Questions-
It’s best to schedule your session within 2-3 months of your due date. Once your new baby arrives, we’ll firm up your session date. Newborn sessions are best take place within the first 14 days of arrival.

I prefer babies dressed very simply in plain onesies, muslin swaddles, or just diaper or I can provide a neutral wrap - whatever their comfort level is.

We offer studio, lifestyle, in your home, or outdoor sessions for newborns and families. If you would like the posed sleepy shots we recommend the studio. We have lifestyle options in studio too. Fresh 48 take place in the hospital or birthing center.

Your images will be delivered in a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks, where you can select your favorites and order prints and artwork

As a general rule of thumb, I like to schedule your maternity session shortly after you've told friends and family the exciting news! This will give us plenty of time to find a great day that works well for both of us. Maternity photos are typically taken when you're showing -- generally around 7 to 8 months into your pregnancy.

Of course! I love incorporating mom, dad and your other children into our session photos. While in most cases you and dad will be the stars of the day, I believe it's so important to have several photographs with the entire family.

The session fee is due when booking to secure your date. The remaining balance for your selected collection is due on or before your session date.

Each collection includes a set number of digital images, with the option to purchase additional images or upgrade to the full gallery.

As far as clothing? Keep it simple. Throw in a little color if you’d like, but skip the busy patterns. (And please don’t feel the need to match everyone in white shirts and jeans – we provide a client closet if you need a dress for your session.
For moms, we suggest cotton knit camis and knit tops, or a flowy dress.

Yes you can book them together. We will hold a tentative date near your due date.

Yes grandparents are welcome. I love capturing muti generation images. Additional fees will apply.
